We received a wonderful welcome from François and his partner in this lovely apartment in the renovated part of his barn. They treated us to delicious bites and refreshments on arrival.
The apartment is well laid out, and the large terrace is a lovely extension of the living space, allowing you to enjoy the surrounding countryside in complete peace.
The accommodation is in a beautiful, peaceful setting, and is well equipped and well arranged. The large swimming pool shared with the hosts is a wonderful place to relax. The bed is very comfortable.
This peaceful spot among the fields, yet close to the village (five minutes by car), is ideal for an exceptional stay. François and his partner are perfect hosts: welcoming, thoughtful, responsive, available and full of good advice. Communication with them is very easy.
We wholeheartedly recommend this lovely, comfortable place for its friendliness and excellent welcome.

We had a great stay with François and Nathalie.
What can we say?
A really lovely welcome with thoughtful touches that make you happy.
Conversations and shared moments that feel good on holiday.
Interesting suggestions for activities nearby.
As for the accommodation, it is just like the photos, very well equipped, with everything we needed.
The bedroom with its 180 cm-wide bed is another bonus.
The terrace, shaded all day, is very pleasant.
The shared swimming pool is very enjoyable, as is the pétanque court.
If there is a problem, François is very quick to respond.
The countryside location lets you enjoy the peace and the view in complete tranquillity.
If you want a peaceful, relaxing holiday, don’t hesitate: go for it, you will be made very welcome.

I had an amazing long stay of almost a month at the gîte of La maison aux Cyprès. The separate apartment offered me both the privacy as well as all the amenities I needed to work part of my stay.

Fast internet, clean, safe and tastefully decorated rooms, a fully equipped kitchenette, beautiful grounds and a lovely swimming pool.

The best part of my stay was without a doubt the hospitality and kindness of the owners. François and his staff went up and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed, and were always available to answer questions or lend a helping hand.

The property is close to many quaint towns and villages, such as Preyssac, Penne d'Agenais, Monflanquin and Agen. Making it the perfect spot to work a few hours in the morning, followed by enjoyment of the many fabulous markets, restaurants and other activities in the afternoon. A top notch workcation place worth considering for digital nomads who like (or need) quiet with the option of more activities as well.

This area is heaven for gourmands, as was deliciously demonstrated by the luxurious welcome platter overflowing with local produce I received upon arrival. Made with so much warmth and heart. It was a true highlight of my stay.

I can't recommend La maison aux Cyprès enough and will be back for sure. Thank you so much François, and all the kind people of Monsempron Libos!
